Welcome to the Seckford Foundation

The Seckford Foundation provides a welcoming, neighbourly environment, the highest quality sheltered and very sheltered accommodation, day care, residential care and 24/7 security.

Seckford Almshouses are unique, safe, superbly equipped and home to a devoted, caring community. Residents can receive dedicated, individual full time care or choose to live independently in their own specially designed one or two bedroom home. Every member of our community is welcome to enjoy a wide range of activities, events, trips and services, which include a hairdresser and shop. We provide the highest quality of care for all our residents, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where everyone is treated with respect and dignity by our very special team of carers and volunteers.

Very Sheltered Housing

We have 30 newly built, self contained, one and two bedroom flats, all with fully fitted kitchens, walk in shower rooms, door intercom and CCTV. They provide a home for life and very sheltered accommodation in elegant surroundings, with security, support and utilising the very latest equipment.

Seckford Day Centre

For the enjoyment of everybody, the Day Centre provides a day out from home and an opportunity to meet old friends, make new acquaintances, enjoy home cooking and take part in a wide choice of activities.

Jubilee House (Residential Care Home)

Nineteen single rooms, all with en-suite toilets, two of which are respite rooms for the community, two large lounges, and a dining room make up Jubilee House. Friends and family are always welcome to sample our home cooking by joining us for a meal.
