Head of IT
The Seckford Foundation is one of Suffolk’s oldest charities, established in 1587. We are now looking to appoint an experienced and progressive Head of IT to join our diverse organisation which includes Woodbridge School and Seckford Care.
Leading the IT Team across the organisation, the role will focus largely on ensuring the effective and innovative use of IT for teaching and learning, care provision and business administration. You will be expected to further develop and implement the Foundation’s digital strategy in consultation with all major stakeholders, as well as overseeing, maintaining and developing all IT support services within the Foundation.
The successful candidate will have a strong IT background, with sound systems (SIS/MRS/CRM) experience. You must have an understanding of the implication of business processes and change at a technical level, together with knowledge and experience of data protection legislation and principles of data confidentiality and data security. Experience of running an ICT function in a large academic, or complex environment would be an advantage.

Care Support Workers
Salary £10.18 – 10.68 per hour. Enhanced rates for weekends and nights £12.21 – £12.81 per hour. Double time paid for Bank Holidays and Overtime rates. Benefits package. Full Time/Part Time positions available.
Seckford Care is an award winning, CQC Outstanding care facility based in our beautiful grade 2* listed building in the heart of Woodbridge. We provide Very Sheltered apartments for those who wish to live independently, safe in the knowledge that carers are on hand 24 hours a day. We provide residential care in Jubilee House for those who would like their own comfortable room, all their meals, laundry and cleaning provided. Our dedicated Activities Lead facilitates a wide range of activities for all residents at Seckford Care. We also offer the Seckford Club for those who live in the community, and would like to meet other people, take part in activities and enjoy a good lunch.
